Warranty Service Requests

One of the core values at Viking Construction is customer service. If something isn’t quite right, just let us know. Use the warranty service request form to submit contact information, photos and a brief description about why you are submitting a service request. A member of our team will receive the request and reach out.

Emergency Requests

If the service request is an emergency, call the emergency contact phone number listed in the homeowner’s folder at the Buyer’s Orientation.
