When Viking first started building homes in 1980, very few builders had model homes. Over the years, builders have come and gone while Viking stood the test of time. Viking’s insistence on model homes for your convenient and timely viewing has been one reason for this continued success.

We understand that only being open on the weekend doesn’t work for everyone. Viking has stood next to our customers by hosting Open Houses every day of the week. This daily operation has been tremendously popular and we offer it so that you can enjoy the area’s natural beauty on the weekends!
